Return Policy

At CAE*SAR, we place great importance on the quality of our products and customer satisfaction.
If an item does not fully meet your expectations, please find our return policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging

  • Show no signs of use (odor, makeup stains, wear, etc.)

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.

3. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are considered final sale.
They are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a proven defect or an error on our part.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us by email at bonjouragape@gmail.com, specifying:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) concerned

    • The reason for the return

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Any return sent without prior approval may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international orders

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable

  • In the event of a defective item or an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by CAE*SAR

6. International Returns

We accept international returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges related to returning items from abroad.

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5 to 10 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
We will then offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
